Types of Challenges

Describe the Future Center facility, staff and participants: What is it? Who are they? What do they do?

The future center is very polite and nice and there staff is very caring and friendly .future center is a place for special people that need more intention so they help them grow and become more independent in life.

Describe in detail the challenges the staff face, the participants face.

The staff or the future center were based on a rented villa which made it hard and because many problem from communications and understanding the needs of the student or the children and the lake of rooms and teachers (staff).

What have they achieved so far?

the achieved so many thing for starters they are the most affective center to help young people and couple years ago they had a competition which sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al-Nahyan made and there came up on the top of the bored which the sheikh wanted to know from where they came from, after that sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al-Nahyan presented the future centre with their own building and more equipment and teacher.

What are their future goals?

There goals are to let the people of UAE know about their center and to let them trust them with their children to help them grow and learn.

How does this information relate to cultural diversity?

Cultural diversity showed us that remarkably people can achieve high or great things in life. The same with future center they wanted to make and relate to the children with special need, that one day they could be important in daily life.
